Probation Requirements


Observe the following:

  1. You shall obey all federal, state and local laws and ordinances You must immediately notify you community control officer if you behave in a matter which results in your arrest. (Avoid persons with known criminal history and choose activities carefully.)

  2. You must keep your scheduled appointments. If you have missed your appointment or need to reschedule your upcoming appointment, you must speak directly with the community control secretary or officer during regular business hours for a new appointment. Leaving a message is unacceptable. It is your responsibility to maintain personal contact with the community control department.

  3. You may not leave the state without the permission of the community control officer.

  4. You must follow all rules of community control set forth in the court's sentencing journal entry. If you are ordered to attend a program (i.e. AA, community service, DIP, etc.) you must show proof of attendance and completion of said program(s).

  5. You shall pay up to $40 per urine drug screen, if you are sentenced to submit to random screens. You must not attempt to tamper, in any way, with the your drug screen.

Community control is a privilege not a right. A violation of these rules will be brought to the judge's attention. The judge may revoke your community control status & impose other sanctions.
